By using HealingTheHero.org, you agree to our rules. You’re responsible for using the site legally and respectfully (no hate speech, no illegal stuff). All materials here are owned by Healing the Hero or licensed; please don’t copy them. The information on trauma and PTSD recovery is not medical advice; it’s educational. We don’t promise it will work for everyone. We can shut down accounts or content if rules are broken. This site is governed by Florida law.

Legal Version

  1. Agreement: Your use of this website (“Site”) and any services provided by Healing the Hero USA, Inc. (“HTH”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Do not use the Site if you disagree with any part of the Terms.
  2. Eligibility: You must be 18+ to register or participate. By registering, you certify you meet this age requirement.
  3. Service Description: HTH provides peer-led trauma resiliency protocols and accepts donations. The Site offers program info, resources, and volunteer signup forms.
  4. User Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activities, harassment, spamming, or infringing on others’ rights. Do not post protected health info of third parties. We reserve the right to remove content (e.g. reviews) that violate these Terms.
  5. Intellectual Property: Content on the Site (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright/trademark. All rights belong to HTH or contributors. You may not modify, distribute, or republish materials without permission.
  6. Disclaimers: Information provided is for general education and spiritual support. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. HTH coaches are not licensed mental health professionals. No results can be guaranteed; outcomes vary per individual. Testimonials are not indicative of typical results. Use of any health technique or supplement mentioned is at your own risk. No physician-patient or therapist-client relationship is created through the Site.
  7. Limitation of Liability: HTH and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or programs. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.
  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify HTH and its board/coaches from any claims relating to your breach of these Terms or misuse of Site content.
  9. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account or access without notice for any violation or reason. Upon termination, licenses granted herein cease.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought in Polk County, FL courts.
  11. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Polk County, FL, unless otherwise required by law.
  12. Changes: HTH may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.
