Steve Cone

Steve Cone is the founder of X-22 Adventures, a distinguished South Florida-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing transformative outdoor experiences for veterans and first responders at no cost upon arrival at the adventure location. Steve is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served honorably from 1988 to 1992, Steve also dedicated over a decade to public service as a Firefighter/EMT from 1992 to 2004. As an above-right-knee amputee, Steve brings a profound understanding of overcoming adversity, channeling this insight into a steadfast commitment to fostering camaraderie, resilience, and healing through carefully curated outdoor adventures. With a deep passion for supporting those who serve, Steve continues to drive X-22 Adventures’ mission, making a lasting and meaningful impact on the veteran and first responder communities.
