Steve is a Security Architect with Fortinet, based in Michigan, bringing decades of expertise in cybersecurity and network security. His career began in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, where he developed a strong foundation in communications and information security—skills he has since expanded into protecting organizations across diverse industries.

Beyond his role at Fortinet, Steve is deeply committed to giving back. He actively volunteers in his local community and plays a leadership role in Fortinet’s Veterans Employee Resource Group. Passionate about supporting military members in transition, Steve dedicates his time to educating, coaching, and mentoring service members as they navigate new career paths in cybersecurity and technology.

With a lifelong dedication to securing systems and empowering people, Steve continues to serve both his customers and his community with integrity, expertise, and heart.

Steve was part of the first ever American Legion Post 28, Grand Haven, MI partnership with Healing the Hero, where he was trained to heal the root injuries of PTS, Depression and Anxiety.
