Larry Lambert, a U.S. Air Force veteran and Air Freight Specialist, served in Da Nang, South Vietnam. His Air Force time spanned from 1968-1972. After earning a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1979, he worked 36 years as a critical care pharmacist, later joining Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT) in California and Michigan, responding to disasters like Hurricane Katrina. Now retired, Larry supports Vietnam veterans and others through leadership in the American Legion Honor Guard and Rifle Team, and as a certified Peer Coach with Healing the Hero at Post 28 in Grand Haven, MI—the first Legion Post to train local peer coaches in Trauma Resiliency Protocol and Jesus Protocol.
