Jon Avery – U.S. Marine Veteran, Law Enforcement Officer, and Trauma Recovery Advocate
Jon is a proud United States Marine Corps veteran who served honorably as an infantryman, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan. During his four years of service with the USMC, he developed unmatched resilience, leadership, and dedication to protecting others achieving the rank of Sergeant.
After transitioning from military life, Jon continued his commitment to public service as a law enforcement officer in Polk County, Florida, serving four years with a local municipality. His role in law enforcement deepened his understanding of the challenges faced by first responders on the front lines of community safety.
Building on his expertise in high-stakes environments, Jon spent over two years in executive protection as a K-9 handler, ensuring the safety and security of high-profile clients while strengthening his tactical skillset.
Having faced and overcome his own struggles with trauma, he now channels his experience into a passionate mission: helping fellow veterans and first responders heal from the invisible wounds of service. Through proven trauma recovery tools and peer mentorship, he is dedicated to empowering others to reclaim their peace, purpose, and strength.
