Chuck Frank is a former Associate Dean of Academic Affairs who spent 14 years working with military Veterans transitioning out of the military and with First Responders in NYC. He lives in Valrico Florida, is a former Pastor and trained nouthetic counselor. He believes that the Peer Rescue Protocol will have the same life-saving affect on our population that CPR did in the 1960’s and 1970’s.
