Abel Rodriguez, the Co-Founder of Healing the Hero and Board Vice President, is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, and a combat veteran of Afghanistan, and the Co-Founder and Vice President of Healing the Hero, an organization dedicated to helping Veterans, Gold Star Families, and First Responders overcome trauma and reclaim their lives. With firsthand experience of the psychological toll of combat, Abel has committed himself to providing effective, non-clinical trauma interventions that restore resilience and purpose.
Abel is a certified Peer Coach with Healing the Hero trained in the Trauma Resiliency Protocol-Peer Rescue (TRP) and The Jesus Protocol, Emotions Management Process (EMP) Abel has played a pivotal role in developing Healing the Hero alongside Founder Dan Jarvis.
