Brady Lutton, Healing The Hero Coach

Firefighter - 911 Dispatcher

Tennessee

Brady Lutton is a seasoned first responder with over 20 years of public service, starting as a junior firefighter at 16 in Pennsylvania and later serving in officer roles across volunteer fire departments in Tennessee. He also worked five years as a 911 dispatcher in Murfreesboro, where he faced the high-pressure demands of emergency communications and gained insight into the warning signs of PTSD and substance abuse. Choosing to prioritize his mental health, Brady stepped away from that role. Today, he shares his compelling journey of resilience and recovery to inspire others, aiming to raise awareness and advocate for mental health resources within emergency services and beyond.
