Candace Escobedo, a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran, leverages her military experience—including a Desert Storm deployment to Incirlik, Turkey. Candace is an advocate for all veterans. After mastering the VA disability system, she has spent 15 years with the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program in roles like Non-Medical Case Manager and Resiliency Program Manager. A Master Resiliency Trainer, she’s trained over 400 people in suicide prevention and mental health skills. Beyond this, Candace serves as a peer life coach and Peer Support Coach with Healing the Hero, certified in the Trauma Resiliency Protocol and the Jesus Protocol. Living near San Antonio with her husband of 36 years, she’s a devoted mother and grandmother, committed to empowering veterans and ensuring they’re never alone in their struggles.
