Richard T. Oakley, a 30-year law enforcement veteran, including 23 years as a DEA Special Agent, brings unparalleled expertise to supporting law enforcement, veterans, and first responders. From the New Brunswick Police Department (1967–1974) to dismantling narcotics networks with the DEA across New York, Newark, and San Francisco, he excelled as a Supervisory Special Agent and Training Coordinator. His leadership extended to DEA Headquarters as Special Assistant to the Administrator and Assistant Special Agent in Charge (Designee). Now a certified Healing the Hero Peer Coach in Trauma Resiliency Protocol and Jesus Protocol, Richard guides veterans, law enforcement and first responders toward healing and resilience.
