I recently met a board member from Healing the Hero and immediately reached out to learn more about the incredible services they provide to veterans and first responders, completely free of charge.
From the very beginning, I was carefully guided through the process with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Through my session, I was able to process and move forward from many traumatic events that I had carried for a long time.

Tammy is amazing. She helped me through my past trauma. Thst brought painful memories. That had me upset. And stressed. Just thinking about it. Now I can think about. it without stress. And not getting upset.. Healing The Hero is truly a lifesaver and all run by volunteers. Who's only goal is to heal you. . What a blessing for all of us. That they are here for us. I am truly grateful. .

Tammy was a wonderful counselor provider helper whatever it is that you would call an angel like this. She helped me immensely she helped me deal with my trauma and become more of a normal human being and be able to deal with life in a normal way. She respected my religion and let that be part of the healing. If you need help, if you’re a veteran suffering, please contact disorganization. They’re an amazing group of people that want to help us. I would recommend Tammy to anybody. She’s wonderful..
I worked with two of the best...the only sad part is, when you are done, you do not have the brother and sister hood anymore after going through that journey. I was grateful to Jesus Christ for this help and sending me two of his angels. May God bless you all, and God bless this organization.

It is amazing that my past traumas no longer hold me captive. I still have the pictures in my head but they no longer bring feelings and tears.
These sessions have been profoundly helpful in my recovery from my military experiences and personal life trauma. My traumas were examined from a different way than usual regular therapy, which gave me the ability to let go, and grow as a healthy person.

To all my brothers and sisters out there who are struggling like I was you need to jump on board with this training. It is absolutely amazing. It has helped me immensely. Just know that you’re not alone out there and there’s several of us out here struggling, and this will help you keep Jesus in your heart and watch your Six.

I did 30 years of service in the generation of those who just said suck it up and move on. I am here to tell you that was completely wrong and did nothing but harm. There’s nothing wrong with getting help. Please take advantage of this and whatever other help you may need. The quality of your life and possibly your life itself depends on it!

Initially uncertain as to what I should expect, the entire staff and experience was more than I could have ever imagined. After a lifelong career of law enforcement, fire and EMS and a diagnosis of PTSD, Major Depression and Anxiety in 2011 and after nine years prior to that of being undiagnosed, I never thought that it was possible to reach my ultimate goals of healing. And here I am to attest to the fact that Healing the Hero deserves to be shared with any first responder, veteran or their family members that you love and care about who may be "living a life" that many others don't truly understand. Healing the Hero is mind and life changing. All of you helped me to heal myself, so that I can begin to help healing others. Forever gracious and thankful.
I was so skeptical, but they really have helped. I don't know how it works and I don't care, it helped, that is all I can ask for.
Healing the Hero was referred to me by two good friends of mine who are also retired law enforcement officers. This program is very different from traditional therapy that focuses on talking through past memories, which personally was never something that worked for me. Their approach is unique, practical, and in my opinion much more effective.
After retiring from 32 years in the fire service, I began struggling with sleep and a few other challenges that many first responders experience after a long career. Healing the Hero has been incredibly helpful in addressing those issues.
I would strongly recommend Healing the Hero to anyone who has served as a first responder. Programs like this can make a real difference

Amazing people with amazing ideas!
I am a widow and mom, we lost my husband, a veteran, in 2024. The protocol has helped my family work through traumatic memories and difficult grief. It has given us a fresh start. I so appreciate everything they are doing for survivor families. They gave us hope.
Understanding mentors make you feel incredibly comfortable. Trusted the process and it was incredibly helpful. Thank you Healing the Hero!!
Great people and even better for non clinical process
Truly an amazing organization. I was pretty down for a good three months when I located them. I worked with Susan who was incredible. She was so genuine, kind, and patient. She checked in even when she didn’t have to. She was available for me and really helped me work through things. If you’re in need, don’t have healthcare, don’t know where to turn, turn here. Stick through the program. Even if you think it’s not for you after one session, stick with it. It was worth it for me and I hope it will be for you too.
Thank you for the follow up phone call after our sessions. I have implemented the resources introduced by your staff and allowed the Holy Spirit to release anxiety and many other emotions in his authority! Thank you Healing the Hero USA!

Healing the Hero is a great organization! Dan and Tammy are phenomenal people and coaches. They genuinely care about you and you’re healing. I was impressed so much by them, the organization and the healing I received, that I became a coach. I wanted to show my gratitude and thankfulness for my healing, and help others experience the same healing.
TRP helped me stop reacting and start living again. As a veteran, that kind of control is priceless. For the first time in a long time I’m not getting triggered into anger, and it feels amazing. Simple, fast, and effective — TRP helped me finally feel in control again. Absolute game changer.
