Brian Bruce

Brian Bruce is a former law enforcement officer and experienced executive leader whose life has been shaped by service, accountability, and faith. During his time serving in the K-9 unit and detective bureau, Brian gained firsthand insight into the sacrifice, resilience, and unseen burdens carried by first responders and military personnel. Those experiences instilled in him a lifelong commitment to standing beside those who serve.

Following his career in law enforcement, Brian transitioned into executive leadership roles where he has led large teams, driven operational performance, and mentored professionals to grow both personally and professionally. His leadership philosophy centers on integrity, extreme ownership, and developing people into stronger leaders,  values that closely align with the mission of Heal A Hero.

Brian is deeply passionate about supporting veterans and first responders as they navigate transition, healing, and renewed purpose. He believes restoration happens through community, faith, and steady leadership.

A devoted husband and father, Brian remains grounded in his faith and family. Through Heal A Hero, he is honored to continue serving those who have sacrificed for our nation, helping create pathways toward healing, strength, and hope.
