Stress Tolerance Index

A quick read on the load your nervous system is carrying right now — a stress load score from 0–100% from Healing The Hero. You’re not broken. You’re carrying a load. This helps you see it clearly and decide when it’s time for a tune-up.

1 Take the index

20 short prompts about body, sleep, mind, mood, and daily life. Answer for the last 7 days.

2 See your load %

Your answers become a 0–100% stress load, plus a breakdown by area so you can spot what’s driving it.

3 Decide on a tune-up

Anything over 25% nudges a tune-up. Track check-ins over time and watch the load come down.

Today’s check-in

Rate each one honestly — there are no right answers and no score is a diagnosis. 0 = not at all  ·  4 = almost daily.

Your trend

Every scored check-in in this session, newest first. Retake the index after a tune-up, a good week of sleep, or a hard stretch — and watch the line move.

No check-ins scored yet. Complete the index above and tap “Score my check-in” — your first result will start your trend.

Tune-up toolkit

Small, practical resets while you line up support. A tune-up is maintenance — like servicing gear before it fails — not a sign something is wrong with you.

Settle the body first

Slow exhales longer than your inhales for 2 minutes, cold water on the face, a short walk. The body leads; the mind follows.

Protect sleep this week

Same wake time, screens down 30 minutes before bed, and get outside light early. Sleep is where the load drains.

Don’t carry it alone

Text a peer, coach, or trusted person one honest sentence about how you’re doing. Connection lowers load faster than willpower.

Book the tune-up

If you’re over 25% — especially two check-ins in a row — reach out for a TRP session through Healing The Hero instead of waiting for it to spike.

Cut one load, add one anchor

Drop or defer one non-essential demand this week, and anchor one steady routine: a meal, a walk, a call, a quiet 10 minutes.

Retake and compare

Do the index again in 7 days or after your tune-up. Progress you can see — a falling % — is the point of tracking.

What this is — and isn’t. This Stress Tolerance Index is a non-clinical, non-diagnostic wellness check-in for self-awareness and tracking only. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace care from a qualified professional, and no score here is a medical finding. If you have a clinical diagnosis, follow your professional’s guidance — TRP is designed to complement that care, with their sign-off. If you’re ever in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, call or text 988 (Veterans: press 1), text 838255, or call 911.
